Personal Humors

2022 Printmaking
I was participating in an exchange portfolio in a printmaking group and I wanted to making my submission more personal to each participant, so I sent everyone a survey asking about their favorite planet, animal, organ, injury and humor. I translated each answer into a different aspect of the work, associating each planet with depictions of a gland, using the humors for border color etc. Sort of made it look like I was dissecting each person. Here are some of my favorites from the exchange.
